- Products must be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.
- The flowers must be in their original condition and packaging.
- An original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Eligible Items*:
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Flowers that have been significantly altered or damaged by the customer.
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code, unless they are damaged or defective
Exchange Process
1. Contact Enhle Flora:
- Whatsapp or call 0748483606 within 12 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
2. Approval and Instructions:
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send the product back without prior approval.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Processing the Exchange:
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If approved, your replacement product will be shipped within 2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
